Registered Nurse - Care@home (527140)

The Role:

The Registered Nurse provides virtual patient/client centred nursing care to those enrolled with Care@home.

• Deliver evidenced based care within a nurse led service
• Strengthen health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.

The Team:

The Care@home program brings together acute, community and primary care to provide safe and effective virtual in-home healthcare for those with acute or chronic illnesses. 

The Care@home office is located in Cambridge Park, with access to free parking.

Details of appointment:

Multiple fixed term, full time or part time, day worker/ shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of approximately seven (7) months.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $75,902 to $102,908 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

Allowances:

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: 

• Professional Development Allowance of up to $500 per annum
• Access to the Grade 4 salary range $96,558 - $102,908 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
• Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type

Eligibility:

Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
