Position Summary

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities 

  • Manage the complete life cycle of an order from Requisition, Order Placement, Processing, Shipping/Delivery, Receipt/Inspection, Inventory Placement, and Inventory Management 

  • Develop, implement, maintain, storeroom, 5s philosophy and inventory programs. 

  • Update Technicians on status of orders, lead-time required for procurement.    

  • Establishes or adjusts work schedules and procedures to meet production schedules. 

  • Write and submit work orders, and reports when required. 

  • Works with and establishes good communication channels through all levels, this includes holding or attending meetings. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

  • Graduate of a certified High School Program. 

  • Minimum 5-plus years in a manufacturing maintenance environment. 

  • Minimum of 1-plus years in a maintenance procurement or a purchasing role. 

  • Must be able to utilize / view a PC and/or monitor. 

  • Must have a valid GA Driver’s License.  

  • Basic computer operation skills including Microsoft Office. 

  • Bilingual a plus. 

  • Ability to organize thoughts and communicate them both orally and written. 

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals 

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions 

  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.   

Pay Rate: $27.00
