JOB SUMMARY: If you enjoy working with others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Determine if cases meet criteria for Intergovernmental Case Processing.
- Complete activities associated with complex and/or escalated projects.
- Gather information and analyze case data to determine next steps.
- Oversee resolution of complex problems relating to international case processing.
- Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states/countries, employers, and other business partners.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Intergovernmental operational procedure.
- Coordinate and consult with Program Office process teams.
- Provide guidance, clarification, interpretation, formal feedback, and instruction to team members.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Six months of experience with the Child Support Program at the level of Operations Analyst I or above.
- One year of experience in explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public.
- One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
- One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods.
PREFERENCES:
- Preference given to candidates with 6 months experience within the Interstate Initiating or Interstate Responding Workgroup.

- This role is eligible for part time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

SALARY: $40,517.28 - $54,015.12.
