What you’ll do: 

• You will join the team of ​​Planning & Control​​ following in particular the ​​​International Business​​​ reporting directly to ​the International Controlling Manager

• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks:

• Support in the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries;

• Coordinating the closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting;

• Support and coordination in the creation and implementation of the guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries;

• Ensuring consistency of the planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordination of business reviews meeting

• Interfacing with the main corporate functions in order to support the transition phases for the new business;

• Supporting in the preparation of business cases and simulations scenario for the new tenders;

Who you are: 

• You have at least ​5 years of experience in ​the controlling area of a structured company supporting the business functions;

• You have a degree in ​Economics or Management Engineering; 

• You have excellent knowledge of ​Office package and IT Financial and Reporting System (SAP, Oracle); 

• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written; 

• You are a team worker, flexible and proactive;

• You know how to manage task and projects autonomously, you have strong analytical skills and you’re able to relate and speak at executive level;

Preferrably, you also have: 

• Availability for travel;

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Planning and Hyperion;
