Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Up sells food and beverages within the restaurant; desserts, appetizers, etc.
• Always reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station.
• Ensures that stations are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to assigned station. 
• Completes side duties, including; stocking condiments, folding napkins, polishing glasses, etc.
• Takes guest orders in a timely manner. Ensures that beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, their prices, method of preparation, and availability.

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Previous tray or food server experience is preferred.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
