Job Description
This role can be based in San Francisco or Mountain View.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Senior Associate who will be a key strategic business partner to our Online Subscription Businesses. As a member of this team, you will not only partner with cross functional teams, but you will play a central role in decisions affecting these businesses. You will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and communicating relevant business KPIs, proactively driving analyses to better inform our forecast models, expanding our various bottoms up models to reflect our business strategies, and providing strategic analyses and recommendations to our key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
- Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
- Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
- Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.
- Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
- Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
- Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts for assigned metrics.
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
- Proactively seeks out feedback and provides constructive feedback to colleagues.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in the technology industry.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $96,000-$156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
