Role Purpose
Lead complex automation initiatives that transition advanced technologies from development into high‑volume manufacturing. This role focuses on delivering scalable, production‑ready solutions by coordinating work across engineering disciplines, manufacturing teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation projects from early development through manufacturing readiness, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and repeatable.
- Translate evolving technical concepts into structured execution plans that balance performance, cost, schedule, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate work across mechanical, controls, process, quality, and operations teams to deliver integrated manufacturing systems.
- Partner closely with external automation suppliers and integrators to drive effective system design and deployment.
- Communicate technical progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to a broad set of stakeholders.
Required Experience & Attributes
- Demonstrated ability to work across technologies, domains, and functions to deliver practical manufacturing outcomes.
- Strong technical credibility enables influence across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier organizations.
- Experience transitioning technologies from R&D or pilot environments into production.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Must be available for significant travel, primarily domestic, to multiple locations to support business needs. International travel could be required as well.
Preferred Capabilities
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of applied engineering or manufacturing experience, including leadership of complex technical projects. Will consider less years of experience with advanced degree

The range for this position is $95,227.00 - $130,938.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
