SC Support Associate (Paid Partner) -Iowa, Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

Provides first line customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to our paid service center partners, ensuring satisfaction through timely and accurate responses via phone and email, while adhering to company policy and procedures; acting as the initial point of contact for paid service center partner needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work closely with SC Marketing Admin to ensure all Paid Service Center Partner inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

This may include (and not be limited to):

• Checking on referral credits and payments, requesting marketing materials, ensuring access to the paid partner portal.
• Set up new Paid Partner Accounts and ensure custom tracking information is assigned for each new partner.
• Finding areas of need to expand paid partner offerings and assign leads to recruiters.
• Processing incoming paid partner agreements and ensuring information for existing partners is kept current and accurate
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

•  Strong verbal (both in person and phone), written communication skills, & collaborative skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with other support team members/departments.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, motivated, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize numerous time
• Bound tasks and switch between tasks efficiently.
• Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM applications with ZOHO being preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
