Your Role: 
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Procurement Associate to join our Operations team. This role demands a proactive individual who can effectively manage procurement processes, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure smooth operations under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to contribute significantly to our operational, commercial, and financial strategies. This position reports directly to the Head of Sourcing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sourcing to oversee and manage the entire procurement process.

• Maintain daily communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate pipeline updates.
• Take ownership of the fleet's operational, commercial, and financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Continuously improve processes and maintain thorough fleet documentation.
• Ensure consistent and efficient information flow across various functions within the organization.
• Monitor fleet performance, identifying opportunities for pricing adjustments or defleeting vehicles as necessary.
• Support pricing operations by developing and managing defleet pricing proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
