Major Responsibilities
- Collects patient information, answers questions accurately, accepts payments, and thanks all customers.
- Enters information into the computer database as required by law and follows all cash handling policies and procedures. Ensure accurate cash, check and credit card transactions.
- Answers telephone and refer caller to appropriate personnel when needed
- Responsible for maintaining the front end of the pharmacy.�� Assists with stock maintenance to ensure that quality drug products and supplies are available when needed.
- Performs or assists with stocking and inventory of supplies and products, which includes unpacking, inspecting items
