Dishwasher

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is looking for a Dishwasher to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware by hand and using automated equipment. 

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the kitchen. 

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and tools. 

• Remove trash and debris from all kitchen areas. 

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines. 

• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of kitchen supplies. 

• Ability to obtain a food handler's card. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment. 

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Ability to work in a hot and humid environment. 

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
