About this opportunity
With the goal to simplify our integration landscape, increase reusability, and speed up time to market, we are rolling out a new strategic API management platform at Nordea. This is a unique opportunity for you to play key role in shaping the new platform and transform the bank by enabling applications across the organisation to easily integrate and share data through APIs. You will be working close with the various platform clients, as well as a dedicated platform development team in an agile and DevOps setup.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with stakeholders and users across the organization to form our API Platform vision, strategy, and features
- Developing, owning and executing the platform roadmap
- Translating the platform roadmap features into well-defined requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria
- Defining the user experience with wireframes in collaboration with design/user experience experts
- Prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
- Working close with the scrum master and engineers to ensure the team is well resourced, activities to deliver on the sprint well planned, and overall platform goals are met
- Collaborating with various cross functional teams such as enterprise architects, infrastructure engineers, security experts which will be supporting the development of the platform
The role is based in Helsinki; Gdańsk; Stockholm; Warszawa and we offer a hybrid working setup.

- Strong team-spirit and collaborative personality ensuring coordination within the team, and with all stakeholders and platform clients

- The ability to understand both the details and the bigger picture
- Are comfortable to work independently on complex technical matters with high level of responsibility
Your experience and background:
- 3+ years or more in product ownership in technology projects
- Experience within Agile methodologies/tools and DevOps
- Solid technical knowledge of Integration Patterns, APIs, API Platforms
- Sound wholistic understanding of technology: infrastructure, networking, cloud, software development and operations
- Proven to be a structured planner, a strong facilitator, as well as presenter and communicator
