In this role, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Develop innovative solutions that meet both business objectives and customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Resolve complex issues to ensure seamless identity experiences.</p></li><li><p>Build and enhance identity capabilities within the team, fostering protocols and technical excellence.</p></li></ul><p>Your mission is to deliver outstanding digital identity solutions that are secure, reliable, and easy to use—providing a superior experience for both consumers and internal development teams.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role You will:</b></p><p></p><p><b>User Story Refinement</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with product owners, leads, developers, and participants to refine identity-related user stories.</p></li><li><p>Analyze requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions.</p></li><li><p>Provide input on technical feasibility, usability, effort estimation, and prioritization.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>App Onboarding Triage &amp; Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist with onboarding applications requiring identity integration.</p></li><li><p>Solve and resolve onboarding issues for smooth integration.</p></li><li><p>Guide development teams and app developers on identity protocols.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Identity Consultation</b></p><ul><li><p>Engage with CIP team and internal product teams to understand identity requirements.</p></li><li><p>Recommend procedures, patterns, and solutions for authentication and access control.</p></li><li><p>Define identity patterns and mechanisms with collaborators.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JavaScript Customization &amp; React UI</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop JavaScript-based customizations for authentication journeys, token scripts, and event handling.</p></li><li><p>Chip into UI/UX improvements in identity flows using React.</p></li><li><p>Implement self-onboarding automation, configure authentication providers, and identity components.</p></li><li><p>Apply TDD for automation tests, debug customizations, and ensure security compliance.</p></li><li><p>Write clean, efficient code following standards and collaborate with the development team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You will need to be successful:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Solid experience in Customer Authentication processes and identity solutions.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on expertise with IDaaS platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Auth0, Okta, Ping).</p></li><li><p>Proficient in JavaScript-based identity systems and React UI customization.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining secure authentication flows.</p></li><li><p>Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of industry standards, security protocols, and emerging identity technologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable Criteria:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in large-scale enterprise identity ecosystems.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on with SAML integration and federation with external providers.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.</p></li><li><p>Identity and access management certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISSP).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of event-driven architectures and publishing systems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to know the latest with evolving security protocols and identity standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><ul><li><p>The role will involve interaction with multiple product teams and internal customers, requiring strong collaborator management and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>You should be adaptable to dynamic environments and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>The position requires occasional standby duty.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>At bp, we provide the following environment &amp; benefits:</b></p><ul><li><p>A company culture where we respect our diverse teams and are proud of our achievements</p></
