We are seeking a Sr. Safe and Lock Technician (Locksmith) to install and maintain our safes and security hardware in Stores and Support Facilities, including door locksmith hardware, time clocks, and rekeys of stores. This position will service areas throughout Southern California, and will be based out of our Chino, CA facility.  This role requires the ability to use basic tools; and to work in an autonomous capacity, with good communication skills and the ability to work with strict deadlines. This individual works with a great amount of trust as they perform maintenance on Store safes and will be expected to work with a mentor/Supervisor as needed.

General Responsibilities

• Perform annual safe maintenance in Stores
• Disassemble lock cores, clean and repair as needed; and reassemble 
• Assemble and build cores for specific keying requirements
• Process and record work orders 

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Pay Range is $33.03-$38.00 per hour
  The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; (5) five days a week
• Hours: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm 
• Will work on-call one week per calendar month

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; required 
• Valid CA Driver's license; required 
• 1-3 years of previous safe and lock experience; preferred
• Mechanical and analytical aptitude
• Able to use basic hand tools and electric power tools
• Some proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft) is a plus 
• In-N-Out Burger store knowledge preferred, but not required 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• For Store associates:
• Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
• Minimum Level 3
• No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
