SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Implementation Manager to join our Product Operations team and breathe new life into our new and existing product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare advertising with a fresh perspective and a passion for driving change in legacy product processes and workflows. You will play a pivotal role in reevaluating and optimizing product operations, improving speed to market, and ensuring that products are delivered in an efficient manner to drive customer success.As an Implementation Manager at Medscape, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current product execution workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that streamline processes, reduce time to market, and enhance overall product implementations. Your efforts will be key in both reinvigorating legacy products and processes to address operational challenges and creating consistent yet innovative workflows for new products.Key ResponsibilitiesReevaluate and Optimize Product Processes: Assess and refine current workflows for existing products, with a focus on streamlining execution processes and improving speed to market.Design Enduring Solutions: Lead cross-functional team to design solutions to product execution gaps that create standardized, efficient and enduring product implementation workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Product Dev and Project Management to determine the best execution approach for existing and new products.Drive Product Execution Improvements: Encourage internal teams to re-evaluate outdated processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to accelerate speed-to-market for new products.Lead Execution Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate standing product execution status meetings with internal teams, tracking project progress, aligning on next steps, and ensuring all teams are aligned and meeting the client’s expectations.Troubleshoot & Triage Issues: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting challenges that arise during product executions, fostering a seamless implementation for our customers.Develop Best Practices: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create best practices on product implementations relating to workflow, assets, content development, timing, customer talk track and Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) point of view. Apply Learnings from Pilots: Leverage insights from pilot product executions to refine and enhance the larger product operationalization process, ensuring that future launches are optimized for success from both an internal team and client perspective.Lead Product Rollouts: Regularly present on product implementation updates and improvements to the broader Medscape teams. Lead Product Retrospectives: Maintain detailed records on product executions, identifying obstacles, solutions, and actionable recommendations for improving future programs.Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) Submissions: Guide the team in creating a strong point of view on MLR submission processes for promotional products.Document Product Specifications: Maintain up-to-date documentation for the promotional product suite, soliciting feedback from stakeholders for quarterly updates.Product Operations Support: Host monthly office hours to provide guidance to Custom Success, Project Management and Implementation Teams on product executions.Customer and Sales Engagement: Serve as the Product Operations subject matter expert on product execution during calls with Customers and Medscape Sales Reps, as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Healthcare Advertising: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in healthcare advertising, preferably within a Pharma company or a Digital Agency.
