HR | Psychology (Graduation) Internship: The Coaching & Mentoring Program

Introduction

Background information

Within ASML we are bringing both coaching and mentoring to the next level of maturity on content, process and availability level. On one hand, we are building the coaching skills of the jobholders who need to do coaching as part of their business role. On the other hand, we have centralized professional coaching available to our employees. We have new data to analyze and define structural improvements. Deeper analysis, design and development of learning solutions and a global change plan are on the agenda for H2 '24/H1 '25.

Your assignment

Mostly, you will support the program manager of coaching and partly the program manager of mentoring in all aspects of the program deployments. The main focus will be on supporting  (1) the design of the coaching learning solutions, (2) the design of a global change plans, (3) data analysis and reporting on the impact and (4) the set-up of a Coach community.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor/HBO or master student in HR, Psychology or something related;

• Have knowledge / experience in Learning, People Development and Design Thinking;

• Are a true team-player, with great stakeholder management and communication skills.

This assignment is suitable for a bachelor/HBO or master student looking for an apprentice internship as well as for graduation. The minimum duration of this internship is 5 months, for 3+ days per week. The start date is as of September 2024.

Student enrollment at an educational institute is required during the full internship duration.
