General Foreman I&C

This position will require the ability to utilize the completions software system and supervise building and tracking loop folders for process, motor control and functional loop checks,  develop loop and motor control data tracking, maintain and control wet signature punch list for turnover, present progress status for loop sell-off and motor control in daily customer meetings.  Must have the ability to read and understand all project documents (procedures, specifications, technical manuals, procedures…).  The position may require working nights, weekends and hours outside of what would be considered normal. The ability to work with field engineers, owner’s personnel, construction and team members to complete daily tasks. 

Position Responsibilities

Utilize the completions software system 
The position requires good organization, communication and supervision skills.  
Supervise building and tracking loop folders for process, motor control and functional loop checks.  
Ability to interpret/comprehend a project schedule and complete assigned daily work to achieve commissioning goals. 
Develop loop and motor control data tracking. 
Maintain and control wet signature punch list for turnover. 
Practical knowledge of routine and precedent design and working knowledge of operating principles for application in solving problems.   
Ensures all work is performed utilizing safe, reliable and appropriate technical skills to provide required results.  
Present progress status for loop sell-off and motor control in daily customer meetings. 
Ability to create and follow procedures for all operational needs during the commissioning phase of the project. 
Strong computer and verbal skills is a must.  May be required to attend daily/weekly meetings with project team.

Qualification Highlights
 

Preferred: Associates Degree in an operational related curriculum or equivalent job related experience.
Must have 5+ years working as an Industrial I&C Journeyman.
Must have 2+ years of commissioning experience.
Must be proficient in managing crew, time, and costs.
Must have good leadership and communication skills.
Must have experience on a new construction project.
