This is a remote position.

Schedule

- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time)
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As our medical receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients – welcoming them, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring excellent service. We need someone passionate about patient care with great communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Answer calls received with professionalism and with excellent customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments in the EMR system
- Triage phone calls and messages, directing to appropriate staff
- Collect paperwork and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Maintain patient files, test results, and records
- Assist in general medically related admin duties

Requirements

- 2+ years experience as a medical receptionist or in a patient-facing healthcare role
- Warm, caring personality with exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience with EMR systems
- Comfortable with the possibility of shifting schedules in the future
- Experience in insurance verification and paperwork is an advantage
- Looking for an English-speaking and a Spanish-English bilingual medical receptionist
