About the role

Program Overview:
The Fulton County Clubhouse for Youth is a place where adolescents, ages 13– 17, can spend their out
of-school time learning the tools, coping skills, and socialization strategies to keep them safe and drug
free. Youth participate in life skills groups, social outings, educational supports, career
development/exploration, and other activities that teach them how to maintain a healthy and sober
lifestyle.

Position Summary:
This position provides administrative support for CHRIS 180, consumers, and families. The employee will
work along with the administrative team to assist and support the daily operations of the organization

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    The primary duties include but are not limited to the following:
    Provide positive role-modeling to consumers/families:
    Promote healthy boundaries.
    Reinforce socially acceptable behaviors (manners, eating habits, safety)
    Reinforce thoughtful decision-making skills.
    Demonstrate customer service:
    Always promote a positive image of CHRIS180.
    Maintain a pleasant disposition.
    Handle a fast-paced work environment.
    Work as a contributing and collaborative team member:
    Respond to consumer, referral, and peer needs in a timely fashion.
    Answer telephone calls and emails accordingly.
    Respond to requests for information from stakeholders in a timely fashion.
    Administrative Requirements:
    Answer calls for Program Director in a timely manner and follow-up as needed within 24 hours  
    Monitor the Program Directors emails to ensure responses are timely.
    Assist in monitoring timelines and priorities of the organization and Program Director.
    Develop agendas presentations and coordinate documents as required.
    Keep the Program Director organized including managing the Directors calendar and office.
    Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail.
    Assist with the facilitation of electronic and traditional means of communication.
    Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Maintain an accurate filing system.
    Type and proofread all documents and materials to release.
    Maintain accurate notes and minutes for all meetings (Board meetings, Governance meetings).
    Prepare correspondence including letters, memorandums, and reports.
    Book travel, maintain complex meeting schedules, provide travel folios.
    Assist with special projects for the organization as needed.
    Assist with developing timelines for COA accreditation, client, employee, stakeholder, and board
    Manage and maintain the organizations vendor accounts.
    Provide receipts and purchase orders to accounts payables for processing.
    Prepare necessary forms for internal and external entities.
