How you will make an impact:

• Sustainability: Manage customer inquiries regarding sustainability topics taking in consideration business needs together with regional and global Subject Matter Experts.  
• Environmental Management System (EMS): Prepare, lead and ensure Edwards certification according to ISO 14001:2015 standard.
• Empower and guide cluster/country EMS teams: Offer support and coaching to ensure teams meet performance goals and deliver on regional processes, procedures, and expectations. This includes planning objectives, executing plans, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through actionable insights and evidence, and more.
• Conduct internal audits: Accountable for Audit Plan and its delivery. Perform the role of ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor.
• Promote EMS engagement: In charge of regional engagement, communication, and promotion of the EMS.
• People Management: Accountable for recruiting, developing, ensuring performance of team of 2 specialists.
   

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related work experience (Environmental Management Systems).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015) Certification or potentially other Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001)
• Fluent in English
• Experience as an Management System Internal Auditor.
