About The Role:

We are building a product-driven and design-focused culture at Christopherson. You are joining a new team incubated within a business with decades of experience in travel and chartered with transforming how business travel is conducted. This position is an opportunity to help shape the direction of products and services used by thousands of clients and their many travelers, and create new standards broadly adopted by a large and growing industry.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 6+ years of experience. You'll work on creating and executing designs that meet customer and business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams from idea, implementation, and launch. Your portfolio showcases big, campaign-able thinking and an understanding of user experience research, modern platforms, and interactive mediums. You're a customer-focused, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive creative solutions from start to finish
• Be organized and show attention to detail in all work
• Be the voice of the customer and dive deep on user research
• Take ownership of the product area and help define & measure success
• Collaborate with teams across the organization on projects
• Articulate, present, and defend design strategy and execution to executive leadership
• Work with PMs (Product Management) to translate requirements into designs and delightful experiences
• Work with client services and user experience research teams to understand client and end user needs, adoption, and satisfaction
• Network across the org and find new opportunities for design to improve the business
• Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• 6+ years of product design experience
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• Strong portfolio with a deep understanding of user-centered design

• Experience with web and mobile design and responsive design principles
• Strong understanding user experience research and methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary Range: $100,000+ annually based on experience

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel.
