Account Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Account Lead to oversee and manage janitorial services for our key accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and lead a team of janitorial staff to achieve operational excellence.

Pay:  $ 21.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate janitorial staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in janitorial services or facility management, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facility management or related fields are a plus.
• Other: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
