<p>Job Description<br/>
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, dedicated to enhancing our core insurance software product which is tailored to meet the unique demands of each customer. This role involves a high degree of interaction with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for our development team. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong background in the insurance industry and exceptional communication skills.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Customer Requirements Analysis: Engage with customers to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.</li>
<li>User Story Creation: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.</li>
<li>Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improve product functionality.</li>
<li>System Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of our software with customer systems.</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain continuous communication with all project stakeholders, from clients to internal teams.</li>
<li>Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation of processes, requirements, and changes.</li>
<li>Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>User Experience Design: Contribute to the design of the user interface to enhance customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile methodologies.</li>

<p>Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.</li>
<li>Technical Skills:</li>
</ul>
<p> • Understanding of Insurance Software: Knowledge of the core product and how it can be customized.</p>
<p> • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations.</p>
<p> • SQL and Database Knowledge: Skills in SQL or other database query languages to manipulate and retrieve data.</p>
<p> • System Integration: Understanding of how different systems interact and integrate with each other, especially important for software that adjusts to customer needs.</p>
<p> • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.</p>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in German and English is required.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel frequently as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.</li>
