Position Summary
The Suspension / Lift Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activities within the service shop. This role ensures safety standards are followed, inventory is managed, and all installations and services are completed accurately and efficiently.

This is a full-time position offering a supportive, team-oriented environment, competitive pay, and strong growth opportunities.

Compensation

• $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Annual earnings between $35,000 – $50,000 (with bonus opportunities)

Key Responsibilities

• Install lift kits and leveling kits on trucks
• Perform brake installations
• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels
• Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment
• Perform wheel alignments
• Complete light front-end work
• Install vehicle lifts
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness
• Manage shop inventory, tools, and equipment
• Order and organize parts and supplies
• Inspect, tag, and manage returned products
• Control parts spending and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of suspension systems, alignments, and front-end work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• ASE Certification preferred (not required)

Preferred Background
Experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or alignment technician is highly valued.
