Job Description

Responsibilities  

• Assist in the implementation and customization of solutions according to business requirements  

• Support the development and maintenance of configurations, workflows, and process automation 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for projects 

• Assist in testing and quality assurance activities for Salesforce applications, including user acceptance testing 

• Assist in data management tasks, including data cleansing, data migration, and data integrity maintenance 

• Participate in the analysis and optimization of workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness 

• Assist in documenting technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides for Salesforce solutions 

• Provide user training and support for end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution  

Requirements 

• Preferred studies in Information Systems or any other related disciplines 

• Understanding of basic database concepts and data management principles 

• Knowledge of basic programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS would be an advantage  

• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams 

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly
