About the Team

We are business finance professionals who love what we do and support the business both strategically and with excellence. We influence how we can sustainably grow our company by providing the business with valuable financial insights. We are committed to working hard, having fun, and making an impact!

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to serve as a key financial leader supporting executive and board-level decision-making. This role owns critical corporate consolidation and reporting processes, including P&L consolidation, operating cash flow, and stock-based compensation, while also managing a distributed team. The ideal candidate moves fluidly between granular financial detail and executive-level synthesis, partners effectively across cross functional organizations, and brings a strong bias toward automation, AI-enablement, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Financial Consolidation & Analysis

  • Own P&L consolidation, operating cash flow analysis, and stock-based compensation reporting.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of all three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and how key metrics and drivers move and interact across them.

  • Drive accurate forecasts for OCF by collaborating with AP, AR and accounting functions.

  • Own SBC forecast at a detailed level and enable live updates to forecasts.

  • Ensure data integrity while translating detailed financial data into clear, decision-ready insights.

Executive & Board-Level Reporting

  • Orchestrate the quarter-end close process in close partnership with accounting.

  • Drive the corporate forecast and guidance process with continuous process improvement and acceleration.

  • Build and refine content for the Board of Directors deck.

  • Act as the connective “glue” integrating top-line (revenue) metrics with spend metrics to deliver a holistic view to finance leadership.

  • Present findings in an executive-consumable format that drives actionable insights.

Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage strong systems knowledge to extract, clean, and interpret financial data efficiently.

  • Continuously evaluate and implement FP&A best practices.

  • Bring a high affinity for AI tools; proactively identify opportunities to scale and automate manual reporting and analysis processes.

  • Operate with speed and agility, moving quickly from problem statement to bottoms-up, data-driven solution, even in ambiguous situations.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Directly manage and develop team members based in Pleasanton, CA and Costa Rica.

  • Partner effectively with cross functional teams, effectively influence to achieve business outcomes.

  • Communicate with crystal clarity across all levels, including senior executive audiences.

  • Bring strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating amid ambiguity.
