Senior Working Capital SME - Clearance Required

Overview

LMI is hiring a Supervisory Budget Analyst that would be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and supervision for the Working Capital Fund (AWCF) within a prospective client. The position supports such functions as analysis of financial management and program budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, technical, and administrative guidance to team members to ensure timely, complete, and defensible budget formulation and execution of Working Capital Fund (WCF).
• Manages programming, budgeting, formulation, integration, justification, and execution of programs within the WCF.
• Supports the goals and objectives associated with WCF budget and the submission and defense of that budget to Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress.
• Leads/Supervises the team in performing critical analysis of issues that in particular cross appropriation, functional, and organizational lines.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Graduate degree and relevant certification in the fields of finance, budget management and execution, or related curruculum
• 8-12 years experience managing a WCF
