Work Schedule:
This is a 0.9 FTE position. 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts between 3:00 PM -7:00 AM will be scheduled. This will include 1:6 weekends and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation.
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to:
- Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization.
- Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
- Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
- 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
