We’re looking for a leader who brings a strong foundation in talent management, with additional experience in areas like leadership development, change enablement, or business consulting. You are naturally curious and innovative, and ready to explore how HubSpot can work smarter, grow equitably, and scale sustainably in a rapidly changing world. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of work at HubSpot by experimenting, reimagining, and re-architecting how we enable talent, support leaders, and build systems for long-term success..

Responsibilities:

  • Design for Organizational Agility and Scalability: Lead complex org design and effectiveness initiatives that evolve HubSpot’s structure, workflows, and operating models to support strategic growth, cross-functional agility, and long-term scalability.
  • Advance Skills-First Talent Strategy: Architect and implement a company-wide skills framework that powers hiring, development, and mobility, enabling equitable career growth, data-informed talent planning, and future-ready workforce capabilities.
  • Enable AI-Ready Work and Workforce: Explore how AI is reshaping work and re-architect OD, change, and talent programs to integrate responsible, human-centered AI into ways of working, capability building, and team collaboration.
  • Modernize Talent Practices for the Future: Continuously assess and reimagine core talent processes—such as performance, mobility, succession, and development—to ensure they are scalable, inclusive, and built for HubSpot’s future success.
  • Lead Change Across the Enterprise: Build and apply inclusive, scalable change strategies that help teams and leaders navigate ambiguity, unlock transformation, and maintain alignment with HubSpot’s strategy and values.
  • Elevate Leadership and Team Effectiveness: Define and scale leadership and teaming capabilities that reflect the needs of a hybrid, AI-enabled world—fostering psychological safety, systems thinking, and adaptive collaboration across the org.
  • Operate as a Strategic Enterprise Leader: Influence enterprise-wide talent strategy through deep partnership, experimentation, and thought leadership—aligning people systems with business goals while driving meaningful, measurable results.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Human Capital, Talent Strategy, or related roles, with a strong record of driving org-wide transformation, scaling systems, and leading change in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, operating model shifts, and team effectiveness, with an ability to link structure to strategy and execution.
  • Experience building or implementing skills-based talent frameworks (e.g., skills taxonomies, capability maps, internal mobility strategies), or a deep curiosity and readiness to lead in that space.
  • Comfort navigating the evolving role of AI and emerging technologies in the workplace, with a passion for the future of work, a mindset of experimentation, ethical awareness, and practical application to people strategy.
  • Ability to analyze complex organizational data sets, such as workforce structure, performance insights, or skills trends, to inform org design, talent planning, and workforce transformation
  • Strong influence and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, facilitating critical conversations, and aligning stakeholders across functions
  • Strong systems thinking, facilitation, and coaching capabilities – able to connect dots across disciplines and lead leaders through complexity and change.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and boards; experience with Google G-Suite
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field, and/or certifications in org design, change management (e.g., Prosci, Adcar), or assessment tools.
