Position Overview

Vienna Correctional Center is looking for an Account Technician I. The ideal candidate is an individual who can multitask and prioritize daily duties. They will perform cashier duties, posting monies received from mailroom and other sources to individual in custody trust accounts, process payment of invoices for locally held funds verifying the Fund Accounting Commissary Trading System (FACTS), invoices and receivers are accurate as well as process Central Inmate Benefit Fund (CIBF) request for purchase forms. This position also enters adjustments and changes to the Systems Application & Products (SAP) program, reviews and updates quarterly property inventories with property control list, assists other Business Office staff in the performance of duties, serves as back up to other Account Technician I's as well as serve as a member of the facility Audit Team.  If you desire working in a fast-paced work environment with a variety of duties, we believe this position would be a good fit for you.
