Job Description

The Director of US Lifecycle and Loss of Exclusivity (LOE) Management will report to the Executive Director of US Oncology Pipeline and Portfolio Strategy. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining and implementing the lifecycle management and loss of exclusivity (LOE) strategy for the Oncology portfolio, with a particular focus on the largest product. The Director will collaborate closely with the US Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement (OCAR) team to develop and execute the loss of exclusivity (LOE) strategy. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the lifecycle and LOE strategies. This position is based out of the Upper Gwynedd, PA site.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define and implement the lifecycle management and loss of exclusivity (LOE) strategy for the Oncology portfolio, focusing on the largest product. Collaborate closely with the US OCAR team to develop and execute the LOE strategy. Understand key variables, including internal and external factors, and continually track any changes. Develop various scenarios, including base, upside, and downside, based on key variables and events. Develop lifecycle and LOE strategies based on the base plan and be ready to execute while monitoring key changes and events. Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement the lifecycle and LOE strategies. Uphold ongoing insights and analytics around customers, competitors, and the broader environment to inform the overarching strategy and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (required), MBA or MS/PhD (preferred).

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, with expertise in marketing, access, and insights.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority and successfully collaborate with business partners across the organization.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some weekends.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Prior commercial experience in late lifecycle planning and/or biosimilars.

  • Previous experience in the field of oncology.

  • Top-tier consulting experience, preferably in a strategic or commercial role.
