Job Summary
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project related to departmental education programs.
Responsible for maintaining accreditation and associated deadlines.
Responsible for creating, distributing and maintaining learner schedules and evaluations.
Oversight and management of the annual Match process.
Design, oversight and management of the learner orientation processes.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
Partners with faculty Program leaders to ensure compliance and accreditation.
Coordinates all aspects of onboarding, orientation and termination of learners.
Manages the evaluative process of the program, faculty, and learners.
Guides day-to-day operations of accredited and non-accredited residency and fellowship training programs and ensures compliance with organizations such as the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Residency Review Committees (RRC).
Manages requirements of the training program, including accreditation, duty schedules, evaluation process, resident/fellowship recruitment, Match process, orientation and employees relations.
Reports and ensures compliance with procedures regarding licensing, moonlighting, annual contracts, and initial and re-credentialing of trainees.
Performs other related work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related or relevant field of study.
Experience:
Current or prior management or leadership experience.
Previous clerkship, Graduate Medical Education (GME) or relevant experience.
Current or prior experience working with the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Residency Review Committees (RRC).
Preferred Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of national accreditation policies.
Exhibit a high degree of initiative and independent judgement.
Exhibits knowledge of ACGME and RRC rules and regulations.
