Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide information about products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues with a positive and empathetic approach.

• Order Support:

  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery inquiries.

  • Help customers with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as needed.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

  • Log customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

• Problem Solving:

  • Address escalated concerns and ensure resolutions are achieved to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve internal processes and customer experience.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

  • Assist in implementing new customer service policies or procedures when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
