The Wound Care Coordinator is responsible for providing primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending provider, the Director of Nursing, the Medical Director or the rounding Wound Care provider, with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin disorders. This position is included in the nursing teams on call rotation.

- Effective written and verbal skills for interacting with providers, families and staff

- High standards and take pride in your work

- Strong Nursing skills

- Active RN or LPN license

- Strong Organizational and Prioritization Skills

- Wound Care experience, Wound Care Certification a plus!
