Senior Program Manager

Area of responsibilities

• Program Initiation and Planning: Create integrated program plan covering multiple work streams / projects including aspects such as cost, schedule, program scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication & stakeholder management, effort estimation, resource planning, measurement criteria or metrics for every work stream and consolidate the same to arrive at the final estimate for the project.
• Leverage the MSA structure to review the SOWs / work orders to understand the commitment / expectations.
• Program Governance: Identify the stakeholders, Review the subprogram governance with the concerned client Program Managers
• Set up the communication plan and escalation process.
• Reviews: Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify / manage issues & risks and ensure smooth delivery provide delivery governance and resolve escalated project issues affecting the program.
• Review and monitor all phases of the project (requirements gathering, design, architecture, build, testing, implementation, warranty) on a regular basis and suggest corrective actions.
• Tracking: Track actual vs planned program progress.
• Collaborate with the Project Managers of individual projects to create / review and track the project management plan as well as subsidiary plans including the cost, schedule, staffing/pyramid management, scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication & stakeholder management.
• Provide support and guidance on the individual projects to Project Managers and facilitate seamless integration of various pieces in the overall Program.
• Risk Management: Identify risks at the beginning in partnership with Project Manager.
• Review issues and risks for each of the project(s) with appropriate client stakeholders, as per the risk management governance.
• Oversee signoff of milestones with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and build relationships with client's and other stakeholders for the program.
• Present the program status during weekly meetings.
• Share delivery status during steering committee meetings.
• Respond to the escalations in a timely manner.
• Communicate with the various service lines of the program.
• Review the program scope as created by multiple Project/Account Managers against the client acceptance criteria at the program level.
• Provide support and guidance on the individual projects to Project Managers and facilitate seamless integration of various pieces in the overall Program.
• Review issues and risks for each of the project(s) with appropriate client stakeholders, as per the risk management governance.
• Oversee signoff of milestones with relevant stakeholders.
• Project Language is English - German is Desirable but not a must

People skills

• Lead for 20-25 team members
• Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
• Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.).
• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
• Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes.
• Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.
• Strong Interpersonal skills to coordinate with several departments.
• Entrepreneurial, go-getter, problem solver

Requirements

Influencing & Negotiating

• A general understanding of manufacturing domain
• Knowledge and preferably working experience of other Cloud services, Private Clouds
• Have completed end to end transformation in at least 6-8 engagements.
• ITIL V3 certified professional.
• Handled teams of more than 10 members on a regular basis

Technical skills

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end Program and Project Planning, execution including experience in cloud transformation projects and programs.
• Developing, measuring and reporting on success of the program
• Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
• Monitors program results against technical specifications.
• Achieve results through others by setting and communicating goals and metrics, monitoring progress; providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and reinforcing behaviors that drive high performance.
