Android Developer with Jetpack and Kotlin - C2C Contract

As an Android Developer specializing in Jetpack and Kotlin, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications that meet the needs of our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, leveraging the latest tools and technologies in the Android ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Android development, with a focus on Jetpack components and Kotlin programming language.

This is a C2C 30-month contract with the ability to commute to Albany, NY for the first day of work.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

12 months of experience with Jetpack Compose UI.

48 months of experience developing with the Android Java/Kotlin programming language.

60 months of experience native Android development.

60 months of experience assisting in translation of business requirements into design specifications, mockups, and user-friendly (-driven) new mobile apps.

48 months of experience assisting testing teams in the user acceptance testing of the system, including helping to define function scripts, business use cases etc. to test system capabilities.

24 months experience with Room, SQLite or similar relational database.
