Human Resources Information System Specialist

For our HR team we are looking for a WorkDay HRIS Analyst, to support the team providing guidance. This systems expert will be established as Workday super-user providing day-to-day user support, troubleshooting of system issues and feature planning and development.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge and experience with HRIS tool - WorkDay (WD), SAP Success Factor, Oracle PeopleSoft or Zucchetti (experience on WD will be considered a plus).
• Familiarity with HRIS configuration and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HCM foundation, business processes, specifically mass change loads and supervisory organization cleanup.
• Extremely knowledgeable about HRIS Business Processes, as well as in determining and communicating best practices in entering and maintaining systems data.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot the deep details of an issue and resolve them from end to end.
• Experience delivering activities on time and with quality.
• Pro-actively identify and escalate risks to the appropriate team and management.
• Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or equivalent degree (preference for a focus in Technology Services or Computer Science)
• 1-2 years of practical HRIS experience
• Working knowledge of PM methodology and tools (such as MS Project and MS Excel Key Skills)
• Fluent English
