Position Summary:
The Lead, Pre Cruise Planner Revenue will provide pricing and inventory decisions for Pre Cruise Planner (PCP) for all products offered on the platform (Beverage, Shorex, Internet, Dining, Spa, Photo, etc.) for the Royal Caribbean International brand. This person will play a pivotal part in current and future system enhancements. The position will report to Manager, Pre Cruise Revenue make sure that the brand is maximizing revenue opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of annual business objectives for onboard revenue areas including the detailed strategic plans to achieve the objectives set.
- Ensures all pre-cruise planner inventory (including the correct product codes) is up to date for all onboard areas, including Beverage, Shorex, Internet, Spa, Photo, and Onboard Activities
- Ensures all necessary pricing changes for promotions and regular price changes for the above-mentioned areas are accurate and correct.
- Provide reporting and analytics with recommendations to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Responsible for developing pre-cruise KPI forecasts.
- Finalizes successful execution of promotions, new products, and existing product updates.
- Collaborates with Legal team to develop appropriate terms and conditions for new offers and any changes to existing products that live in PCP.
- Performs quality assurance on pricing changes during frequent promotions and general price changes.
- Communicates current offers to international markets to make sure they are on track to meet PCP targets.
- Participates in ad hoc analysis as needed.

Financial Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processes and systems to reach global revenue goals - 2023: $1.4B (booked revenue) and 2024F: $1.7B (Booked Revenue)
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; four to eight years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of operational personnel.
- Exceptionally strong computer and analytical skills are required.
