<p></p> <p> </p> <p>[[Quality Engineer]] <br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p>Oerlikon Eldim (HU) – Part of Oerlikon Group –manufactures and processes parts for aerospace and industrial gas turbine components.</p> <p>Eldim uses modern production technologies like EDM, Vacuum brazing, 5-axis machining grinding, milling and turning, laser welding.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every one of us has a chance to be more curious; to bring a new innovations and ideas in our work and to our customers in the automotive, aerospace, energy, tooling and additive manufacturing sectors, and in doing this, we can reaffirm our customers' and strategies partners' trust. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a Quality Engineer for our growing aerospace company located in Debrecen, offering a long-term carrier opportunity to our future team member.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are a person committed to Quality and parallel eager to listen and understand the business needs, you are the ideal candidate for this position.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibility would be:</p> <p>Support the production processes:</p> <ul> <li>Provides support for the operations of internal processes.</li> <li>Monitor key indicators (KPIs) of production and make suggestions for their improvement: number of customer complaints; internal scrap rate;  Blocked stock value.</li> <li>Formulate proposals for process improvements and, if necessary, lead development projects (CI)</li> <li>Monitors preventive and corrective activities.</li> <li>Ensures that all necessary records (data recordings) are made in order to provide clear evidence of the operations and activities carried out during the supplier-customer relationship.</li> <li>Supports measurement and control procedures for process improvement.</li> <li>Training and examination of final inspectors.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Customer contact:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring customer requirements and organizing related trainings.</li> <li>Makes you aware of customer requirements during operation.</li> <li>If necessary, obtain the customer concession/permit  and monitor its proper application.</li> <li>Responsible for reporting nonconformities in delivered products or manufacturing processes that affect product quality and/or deviate (may differ) from customer specifications.</li> <li>Customer complaint handling, managing the preparation of 8D reports</li> </ul> <ul> <li>New product launch support: Review and document the Results of the Qualification Process (FAIR).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>What We Require From You</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> Technical university or college degree</li> <li>2-3 years experience in quality field and/or operation</li> <li> Fluent Hungarian and advanced level English</li> <li>Knowledge of applicable quality assurance tools and measurement methods</li> <li>Ability to conduct audits or has Internal auditor (min ISO 9001) certificate</li> <li>Highly organized, self-motivated </li> <li>Necessary computer skills</li> <li>Excellent teamwork and communication</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>About us </p> <p> </p> <p>Oerlikon is a global innovation powerhouse for surface engineering, polymer processing and additive manufacturing in key industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, tooling and textiles.
