Responsibilities

  • Inspect residential and light commercial properties to identify and document damage
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates and detailed reports
  • Serve as the liaison between homeowners and contractors
  • Provide guidance on repair scope and best practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in property damage assessment, construction estimating, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction
  • Experience with estimating software (Xactimate preferred)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Reliable, independent, with valid driver’s license and transportation
