About the role

<p><span>We are seeking a results-oriented <b>Senior Program Manager</b> to assume full accountability for our <b>Finance Transformation Program</b>, while also contributing to additional transformation initiatives across the organization.</span></p> <p><span>As Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of the Finance Transformation Program—an enterprise-wide initiative aimed at positioning Finance as a strategic partner, strengthening operational excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making. In addition to the Finance agenda, you will support and lead other high-impact projects that help shape the future of the business.</span></p> <p><span>Reporting directly to the <b>VP, Group Finance</b>, you will work closely with Finance, IT, Commercial, and other business units to manage complex transformation programs and projects. This role is well suited for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by driving sustainable change.</span><br/>  </p> <p><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Assume full ownership of the Finance Transformation Program, ensuring successful delivery of objectives, milestones, and realized benefits.</span></li> <li><span>Plan and manage multi-workstream transformation initiatives, maintaining control over scope, timelines, and budgets.</span></li> <li><span>Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and effective governance and delivery cadences.</span></li> <li><span>Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption measurement, using established methodologies.</span></li> <li><span>Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-functional risks and dependencies, coordinating resolutions across Finance, IT, Commercial, and other business units.</span></li> <li><span>Establish and maintain program dashboards and provide clear, decision-ready reporting to senior leadership.</span></li> <li><span>Coach and enable project teams by standardizing methods, tools, and templates to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.</span></li> <li><span>Foster strong collaboration and alignment across the organization to ensure successful program outcomes.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><b>Preferred Qualifications and Skills</b></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Minimum 7-10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated ability to deliver results, influence without formal authority, and build alignment at executive level.</span></li> <li><span>Strong command of Agile/Hybrid and traditional project management approaches, combined with solid change management expertise.</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, KPI dashboards, and stakeholder management.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.</span></li> <li><span>Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or Agile certifications (e.g. CSM).</span></li> <li><span>Experience with Finance processes, reporting and analytics, ERP and consolidation systems, and compliance.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><b>Company Culture &amp; Values</b></span></p> <p><span>We are committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment where every employee is empowered to make an impact.
