The BIRKENSTOCK Group is headquartered in Linz am Rhein and maintains several locations in Germany, as well as sales offices in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.</p> <p> </p> <p>For our division HR International at our location in Cologne, we are looking for a </p> <p> </p> <p>Working Student (m/f/d) HR International</p> <p>YOUR SHOES TO FILL:</p> <ul> <li>Support our HR International Team in daily operations for the Asia Pacific and MEA India regions, managing administrative tasks, recruitment and employee onboarding/offboarding.</li> <li>Contribute to the creation of HR documents such as certificates, contracts, and employment references.</li> <li>Independently generate monthly reports to meet deadlines and drive necessary processes.</li> <li>Maintain our digital personnel files and master data in Success Factors.</li> <li>Engage in special projects as needed, demonstrating responsibility and versatility in task management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR WALK OF LIFE:</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study</li> <li>First practical experience in the HR field is advantageous</li> <li>Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills</li> <li>Ideally, some experience with SAP Success Factors</li> <li>Reliable and flexible availability for 16–20 hours per week</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>WE OFFER:</em></p> <p>BIRKENSTOCK offers you all the advantages of a successful, fast growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture and excellent development opportunities.
