Overview
The Behavior Analyst I for the Achievements ABA (A-ABA) program at the Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation, will provide clinical services, clinical supervision, and case management as specified by the Assistant Director. The incumbent will participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff, and is responsible for behavioral assessment, intervention goal design aligned with the A-ABA approach, implementation of intervention and caregiver training, conducting ongoing data analysis, and ethical clinical decision making. In addition, the BCBA will provide supervision of Behavior Technician staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess and maintain certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Must possess and maintain licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Maryland.
- Must complete, within 1 month of hire, the required BACB 8-hour supervisor training to allow for supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Must maintain up-to-date status in company-provided in-service topics required by and according to the timeline established by the department.
EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum two years of experience in a multi-disciplinary setting working with preschool-aged children with autism is required.
- Experience conducting research and communicating research findings via professional conferences, peer reviewed journals, seminars, etc. is preferred.
