MAHLE Smartbike Systems -Project Manager (Serial life)

As Serial life (in Production) Project leader / Manager, you will lead a set of projects from their SOP (Start of Production) to their EoL (End of life).

Your Role & Responsibilities

 

• Managing and overseeing the assigned serial life projects.

• Synchronization and coordination with other company projects and departments.

• Managing the projects activities throughout all their serial lifecycle. As example, some of them are listed
  below:
  - Understanding the products working environments,
  - Analyzing the registered customer queries,
  - Performing the root causes and tendencies analysis,
  - Defining/monitoring/analyzing/prioritizing the associated tasks,
  - Monitoring/analyzing/controlling the associated costs, etc.
  - Facilitating the synchronization, coordination and execution processes between the research and serial
  life projects.
  - Monitoring the internal sales forecasts, production capabilities, status, and limitations,
  - Coordination of the associated procurement processes, etc.

• Identification, prioritization and analysis of the project risks and opportunities.

• Clear focus on product quality.

• Effective and well-structured communication process with all stakeholders.

• Collaboration and participation on the preparation of the project documentation.

• Collaboration and participation on the mentoring & coaching activities.

• Being a pro-active team member. Generation of new ideas, motivate and support the team, keep the focus,
  etc.

• Being a selfless person who did not hesitate to roll up his/her sleeves and work on the project.

• Escalate misalignments, risks, issues, improvements suggestions, etc.

• Reporting and escalation to senior management.

 

 

Your Skills & Strengths

 

• Engineering – Technical background. With focus on the following topics:Electro – mechanical systems/ Systems integration/ Embedded SW systems/ Data analysis.
• Project management skills (Master/Certificate in project management will be strongly considered).
• At least, 3 years working in electro-mechanical environments.
• Languages: Spanish: proficiency level / English: full professional competency.
• Mechatronic (electro – mechanical) systems.
  - Embedded SW systems.
  - Systems Integration.
  - Validation & verification & Testing processes.
  - Quality control and monitoring.
• Soft skills: Strong Critical, analytical, and Innovative thinking.
  - Goal oriented.
  - Self-Management capabilities.
  - Well organized person.
  - Inter-personals skills.
  - Strong communication skills.
  - Pro-active and positive person.
