Qargo is a tech scale-up with offices based in London and Ghent. We are on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. Together we are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To help us achieve our mission and support our growth we’re looking for a Business Analyst.

As a business analyst:

✅ You'll contribute to delivering projects, while maintaining our high standards of customer service and teamwork. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in a functional domain that interests you.

✅ You’ll dive into the customer’s business to understand their requirements. This involves gathering detailed information about the scope, goals, and constraints.

✅ You’ll translate the customer's workflow into the appropriate configuration within the TMS. You’ll customise settings and support in integrating various components to build the desired solution.

✅ You'll assist in defining data mappings and transformations, ensuring that data formats, structures, and semantics align across different systems.

✅ You’ll bridge the gap between the customer and the technical teams to deliver the optimal solution

What we are looking for:

✅ You have experience in a functional analysis role.

✅ A genuine interest in transportation or workflow automation. A background in fintech or accounting is a plus.

✅ Fluent in Excel.

✅ Basic scripting knowledge is a plus.

✅ Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French earns you bonus points.

✅ Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate software systems effectively.

✅ Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
