This role provides strategic support to business leaders by aligning people strategies with operational and functional priorities, contributing directly to organisational performance and employee engagement.</p> <p>With a focus on building strong relationships, shaping talent strategies, and enabling workforce effectiveness, this role partners with senior leaders across the commercial organisation. It combines tactical delivery with strategic thinking and is instrumental in executing high-impact people initiatives. The Senior Business Partner operates with autonomy, navigating ambiguity, solving moderately complex challenges, and influencing outcomes across teams and regions.</p> <p>This role will predominately partner our Commercial function, partnering very closely with our VP of UK Commercial.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <p>Strategic Business Partnering</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior functional leaders, supporting the alignment of people strategies with business goals.</li> <li>Partner with the business to identify people-related opportunities and challenges and translate them into actionable plans.</li> <li>Provide coaching and support to leaders on team dynamics, engagement, performance, and change.<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Workforce Planning & Organisational Design</p> <ul> <li>Lead functional workforce planning efforts, helping shape future-fit team structures and capabilities.</li> <li>Support organisational design activities, ensuring scalable and effective operating models.</li> <li>Use data and business insights to inform headcount planning, role definition, and structural adjustments.<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Leadership & Talent Development</p> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders to help level up their individual leadership capability and impact</li> <li>Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) and functional leaders to define and implement talent strategies.</li> <li>Identify high-potential sales talent, support succession planning for key roles, and contribute to leadership development initiatives</li> <li>Coach leaders to enhance their team leadership and talent management skills.<br&gt
