Treasury Funds Transfer Analyst Sr. - Payments position works within PNC's Corporation and Institutional Banking Group in the Treasury Management Organization.

This position is an individual contributor processing role where you will work remotely in Phoenix, Arizona; Houston, Texas or San Diego, California.

Work hours: Tuesday through Saturday: 7:00 am to 4 pm PST or 8:00 am to 5 pm CST/MST. Saturday work hours: 6:00 am to 3 pm PST or 7:00 am to 4 pm CST/MST.

In this fast paced position, you will monitor, reconcile, and initiate immediate payment transactions, including but not limited to wires, and real time payments.

Qualifications:
-4+ years of payments experience with a financial institution.
-Experience working in a high volume transactional work environment.
-Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
-Experience working and learning remotely is a plus.
-Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Job Description

  • Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms with minimal supervision.
  • Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions
  • Performs detailed financial reconciliation of processed transactions. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions and handles execution of adjustments.
  • Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue.
  • Ensures compliance with the control framework. Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties.
  • Participation in intermediate change management activities upon request (e.g. executing end-to-end operational regression user test scenarios).
