Through close relationships with players, clubs, and leagues, we operate inside the locker room, capturing moments fans never had access to before.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As Video Team Lead at 433, you lead our day-to-day video team; creators, videographers, editors and motion designers, driving high-performance output across branded and editorial content. You are responsible for reviewing and quality-checking all video output before publication, safeguarding workflow, creative standards and brand consistency while pushing engaging, unmistakable 433 DNA storytelling. Working closely with creative leads, project leads and production, you turn strategy into sharp execution that resonates with our global football audience and delivers real value for partners.</p>
