Role Overview: Quality Management Specialist

• Lead and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with CMMI and ISO standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and outcomes.
• Apply quality management methodologies and skills to improve program management capabilities across the organization. 
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate external regulatory audits.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality management standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control and improvement processes, procedures, practices, documentation templates, and library to support CMMI and ISO certified standards and practices.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all products and processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in quality management standards and practices.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in quality management roles, with in-depth knowledge of CMMI and ISO standards.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies and risk assessment abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
