Your team

Managing approx. $2.5bn for clients across the United States, 3 Point Legacy Advisors are acutely focused on serving the needs of Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. They work with 200+ privately owned businesses and, as such, have a unique understanding of the wide range of needs that come with owning a private or family business. Their 14 person Team is looking for a Business Manager to help drive processes, ensure quality control, run new initiatives, help with managing team members and positively impact team and branch culture.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree minimum;
• 5+ years of experience in Operations/Management - wealth management or financial services preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellence in Technology - Microsoft Office suite, CRM, comfort with AI driven tools
• series 7 and 66
• skilled at managing people
• independent, motivated, proactive, and focused
